In 2009, it was challenging to find such food options. That's why we established Modern Market Eatery. It's a place that aims to offer it all – making "eating well" the highlight of your day instead of a chore. It's like a combination of a farmer’s market, a chef’s table, and a fast-food restaurant. It might be difficult to describe, but you'll understand it after your first bite.

Quality, craftsmanship, community, and convenience are of utmost importance to us.

Above all else, our food has to be amazing. We don't settle for just okay – we demand excellence. That's why we go above and beyond in everything we do to enhance the flavor of our dishes. Our dressings are made from scratch, our dough is hand-kneaded, our meats are house-marinated, and our beverages are freshly squeezed. In other words, we never compromise on quality or craftsmanship - it shines through in every dish.

We take pride in sourcing the best ingredients possible. It may seem obvious, but unfortunately many restaurants fall short despite their claims. We meticulously scrutinize every detail of our suppliers. Have you ever tasted 30 tomatoes to find the perfect one for a specific recipe? Well, we have.

Naturally, we keep chemicals, antibiotics, and artificial ingredients out of our food. We have yet to encounter someone who actually desires these components.

These principles should be fundamental for any restaurant worth its salt. We adhere to them because we consume this food daily and serve it to our loved ones.
